December 20 <\/span>3:00 pm – 9:00 pm <\/span><\/p>\n Get Directions<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n 2019 Gateway Dirt Nationals at The Dome at America\u2019s Center<\/p>\n The Gateway Dirt Nationals is fresh off the completion of another successful event in Downtown St. Louis at the Dome at America\u2019s Center. The energy and excitement around the event has remained strong now for over 3 years and in 2019 fans should expect to have more of the same. The Gateway Dirt Nationals will return December 19th<\/sup>\u2013 21st<\/sup>, 2019.<\/p>\n Even better, the burning question of the event’s future and sustainability in St. Louis has more clarity than ever before with 2020 and 2021 dates already secured at the Dome at America\u2019s Center.\u00a0 December 17th<\/sup>-19th<\/sup>, 2020 and December 2nd<\/sup>-4th<\/sup>, 2021 are slated for the Gateway Dirt Nationals.<\/p>\n \u201cI felt it was important to get future dates released considering the event has some shifting weekends again in the future.\u00a0 The Dome is booked many years out and has a busier schedule than most people realize\u2026it just keeps getting busier too\u201d Said event promoter Cody Sommer.\u00a0 \u201cThe biggest hurdle is that we obviously need the Dome space but we also need the entire venue (America\u2019s Center) for a pit area space on the same dates.\u00a0 That is a rare occurrence in such a busy venue like America\u2019s Center\u2026so these next 3 years I actually committed to and contracted about a year ago in order to ensure we had a future at the Dome\u201d he added.<\/p>\n Regarding the 2019 event, additional details will be released in the coming months but several things are already determined.<\/p>\n What divisions will compete in the event?\u00a0 The event will once again feature 3 divisions with Open Wheel Modifieds, Midgets, and Super Late Models.<\/p>\n Is it invitational to compete in the event?\u00a0 Open Wheel Modifieds and Midgets will once again, only be able to register if the competitor has received an invitation for the 2019 event.<\/p>\n Will Super Late Models be invitation only?\u00a0 NO.\u00a0Super Late Models will be open to all competitors to register with a total entry maximum of 150 entries (The same as previous years).\u00a0 Registration is not open at this time and the date for registration is TBD.<\/p>\n Will the event format and schedule be different?\u00a0 The format and schedule for the event will be similar to previous years.\u00a0 However, there are some changes that will take place in the format in order to ensure racing concludes in a timely fashion each event day.<\/p>\n When will tickets, passes and suites go on sale?\u00a0 Two-day tickets (Friday-Saturday), Thursday General Admission and suites are on sale now<\/a>.<\/p>\n Are hotels available for the weekend?\u00a0 YES.\u00a0Please visit our hotel page on www.GatewayDirt.com\/Hotels<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
