Mansion House’s very own Donna Rae is pleased to bring her yoga studio to YOU by offering her yoga classes at Mansion House in the club room!
Donna Rae Bio:
Donna has been practicing yoga since 2008. After making the commitment to surrender and allow yoga to flow; she began to feel the spaciousness in her mind and body. The incessant self-doubt, self-loathing and fear grew to levels that she couldn’t separate reality from the prison of her mind. That is when she started building trust in the connection with mind, body and spirit. Yoga saved her life. Experiencing the transformative power of yoga she decided to share this gift.
As a yoga teacher, her goal is to enable others to be gentle with themselves and build emotional strength. Donna has been inspired through yoga to work with awareness of the physical body and mind to help alleviate resistance mentally and emotionally. She aims to inspire self-love, self-acceptance, and self-confidence in every class.
